ERASMUS (+) KA 131 STUDENT STUDY MOBILITY FINAL PLACEMENT RESULTS (2026 PROJECT PERIOD)

Dear Students,

THE LISTS PUBLISHED IN THIS ANNOUNCEMENT ARE PLACEMENT LISTS. THEY ARE NOT GRANT ALLOCATION LISTS.

As of the end of the 2025–2026 fall semester, the cumulative grade point averages of our students have been updated following the review of our Registrar’s Office.

In order to be evaluated in the Erasmus (+) Student Study Mobility Placement Lists, it is necessary to have at least a 50/100 English Exam Score. The names of our students who do not meet this requirement is not be included in the placement list.

For our students who took the Erasmus English exam conducted by the İYTE School of Foreign Languages on both April 11, 2025 and April 17, 2026, the highest English score they obtained from these exams has been taken into account.

An online Orientation Program will be organized by our Office to provide our students with detailed information about the post-placement process. The date and time information for the online orientation will be sent from erasmuskoordinator@iyte.edu.tr to the e-mail addresses you entered in your TURNAPortal Online Application Form. Please check the e-mail addresses you entered in the TURNAPortal Online Application Form

Important Remark Regarding Grants!!

The 2026 Contribution Agreement between Türkiye and the European Commission has not yet been signed. Therefore, as a result of your application under Erasmus+ student study mobility, your selection for mobility, whether with or without a grant, does not constitute an acquired right. Whether you will receive a grant or the duration of your grant and the amount of your grant will be finalized once the agreement to be signed with the European Commission and the subsequent grant allocation processes assigned to our university are completed. Our university or the Turkish National Agency cannot be held responsible for any material or moral losses that may arise from delays or disruptions in the aforementioned agreement processes.”

  • At our Institute, Erasmus participant candidates are selected before the grant amount allocated to our institution is determined.
  • This practice is implemented so that our students can arrive at the host institutions on time (by completing necessary documents, passport and visa procedures, etc.). Therefore, the National Agency (Head Office) is not responsible for the selection process or its outcomes.
  • Our selected students are in CANDIDATE status. After the National Agency (Head Office) announces the grant allocation results, the selection results will become accurate, and once the student contract is signed between our Institution and the students who are confirmed to participate in the program, the CANDIDATE status will be removed.
  • After the grant distribution results of the Turkish National Agency to higher education institutions are announced, we will be able to announce the grant distribution results to our students. In the grant distribution results, which of our students will receive grants and for how long, the grant amounts, and information about students who are not eligible for grants will be published.
  • Therefore, when our students start their mobility activities, it may not yet be clear whether they have qualified for a grant. It is also unclear how long this uncertainty will last.
  • Until the grant agreement is signed between our Institute and the National Agency and the grant amount our Institute is entitled to is transferred to our institution, our participants will be required to “ASSUME ALL FINANCIAL CONSEQUENCES.”
  • If the annual contribution fee agreement is NOT SIGNED, mobility under the Erasmus Program CANNOT BE CARRIED OUT, even without a grant.

Within the Erasmus (+) Student Study Mobility program, the MAIN LIST has been created by placing students into the quotas of the partner universities with which we have agreements, up to the number of available quotas

Within the scope of Erasmus (+) Student Study Mobility, a RESERVE LIST has been created by selecting as many reserve students as the quota of the partner universities with which we have agreements.

  1. Click click here for the list of students placed in the partner universities within the scope of the 2026 Erasmus (+) Student Study Mobility (MAIN LIST). Students are not allowed to transfer universities and/or change semesters except in cases of force majeure.
  2. Click click here for the list of students placed at partner universities within the scope of the 2026 Erasmus (+) Student Study Mobility (RESERVE LIST). In the reserve list published in this announcement, our students are on the reserve list for all the universities they have selected in their application forms.

When a student who has been placed as a primary candidate withdraws, the vacant quota is offered to reserve-list students of the same program who have selected the relevant university in their application forms (without considering the order of university preferences in the application forms). The vacant quota is allocated to the reserve-list student with the highest Erasmus Study Score who wishes to take the place in the vacant quota.

The implementing body of the program in our country is the Presidency of the Center for EU Education and Youth Programs.(National Agency) The information on our website has been compiled from the “Handbook for Higher Education Institutions for the 2026 Period.” Depending on the statements received from the National Agency, the information on our website may be updated.
