Students having objections to the Grant Allocation Method and Results should send their probable objections to erasmuskoordinator@iyte.edu.tr by 07.09.2026 05:30 pm. Objections submitted to email addresses other than the one provided will not be considered.

The final Grant Allocation Results will be announced in the week of September 7, 2026. Probable cancellations that occur before the announcement of final results, will not be processed. Cancellations and backup processes will be operated after the Final Grant Allocation List is announced.

Once the Final Grant Allocation List is announced, our students will be informed about the next steps.
