Visiting researchers and visiting graduate students may be invited to participate in research projects conducted at IZTECH or as a graduate student or postdoctoral researcher under the mentorship/supervision of a faculty member at the Institute with a scholarship.

Required documents:

• Petition by the host faculty Institute who wish to invite visiting researcher apply to their Department,
• a letter of commitment (Annex-1),
• curriculum vitae,
• an information form (Annex-3) stating the duration and purpose of the acceptance,
• a detailed work plan (Annex-4)
• an official letter from the institution to which he/she is affiliated (for visiting researchers only)
• PhD diploma/ certificate of graduation (for visiting postdoctoral researchers only)
• student certificate (for visiting students only)

Visiting researchers who work/worked as a professor or associate professor (or equivalent positions) in any higher education institution abroad or in Türkiye, or as a senior manager in a well-known institution, may be invited to do research at IZTECH.

Required documents:

• Petition by the host faculty Institute who wish to invite senior visiting researchers apply to their Department,
• a letter of commitment (Annex-1),
• curriculum vitae,
• an official letter from the institution to which he/she is affiliated,
• information form (Annex-2) stating the duration and purpose of the invitation.

For visiting researchers coming within the framework of international exchange programs such as Erasmus+, the relevant programs’ regulations and guidelines apply.

International academic staff can be invited as adjunct academic staff by the Institute to carry out academic studies and to teach undergraduate and graduate face-to-face or online courses, and/or to serve as a co-supervisor for graduation theses in his/her field.

Required documents:

• Petition by the host faculty at IZTECH who wish to invite adjunct academic staff apply to their Department (the date foreseen for the start of the adjunct academic staff status, the achievements of the academic staff member in his/her field, the activities to be carried out within the framework of cooperation),
• a letter of commitment (Annex-1),
• curriculum vitae,
• an official letter from the institution to which he/she is affiliated,
• information form (Annex-2) stating the duration and purpose of the invitation.
