We were honored to host the distinguished representatives of the University of Žilina (Slovakia) on May 11, 2026, for their official visit regarding the Human Resources Strategy for Researchers (HRS4R).

Within the framework of the visit program, an informative briefing was held for the Human Resources Department officials of the University of Žilina concerning the management of our Institute’s HRS4R processes.

The meeting was attended by Veronika Kunová, Head of the Human Resources Department, and Specialist Lenka Buchová from the University of Žilina. On behalf of our Institute, Assoc. Prof. Dr. Hatice Eser ÖKTEN KIRAN, Advisor to the Rector for Internationalization, and Lecturer Bengü Aydın DİKMEN shared our institutional experiences on implementing the HRS4R Action Plan.

During the session, potential joint efforts to advance the upcoming stages of HRS4R and opportunities to enhance future institutional collaborations were also evaluated.
