The final placement results for the 2025 Erasmus (+) KA131 Learning Mobility were announced on 12.05.2025.

An Online Orientation Meeting will be held via the MS Teams Platform on 29.05.2025 at 18:00 for students who have been placed on the final main and reserve lists for the 2025 Erasmus (+) KA131 Learning Mobility.

The meeting will provide information about the procedures to be followed before departure, after arrival, and upon return within the scope of the Erasmus (+) Learning Mobility.

Important Notes:

1. Attendance to the whole meeting is mandatory.The meeting is expected to last 2 hours (Meeting Time: 18:00-20:00). The attendance of our students will be tracked on MS Teams Platform.
2. Students who do not attend the meeting will be deducted 5 points if they reapply for Erasmus. This rule applies to the students who are on the “Primary/Asil” List as of 29.05.2025. The rule does not applyto students who are on the “Reserve/Yedek” List as of 29.05.2025.  Exception: Candidates who cannot attend the Orientation Meeting due to health problems (provided that the original medical report issued for 29.05.2025 is submitted to our office) will not be deducted 5 points.
3. It is mandatory for our students to set their MS Teams username as Name and Surname as in their IDs/passports in order to track their meeting attendance.

Note: The meeting is only for students listed on the 2025 Erasmus (+) Learning Mobility Main and Reserve Lists.
