Dear Students,

The lists published in this announcement are the Erasmus + Study Mobility Placement Lists. Grant allocation lists will be published after the final placement lists show up.

The Principal List is created by placing as many students as the number of quotas in the Erasmus Inter-Institutional Agreements.

The Reserve List is created by placing as many students as the number of quotas in the Erasmus Inter-Institutional Agreements.

The students may also have information about their  Erasmus Status by logging in the application portal (https://erasmusbasvuru.ua.gov.tr/giris) with e-Government Login Option.

Students having objections to the Erasmus + Study Mobility Placement Results should send their objections to erasmuskoordinator@iyte.edu.tr until 11.08.2023. Objections not sent to erasmuskoordinator@iyte.edu.tr will be considered as invalid. Objections sent after 11.08.2023 will not be considered.

FINAL PLACEMENT LISTS WILL BE PUBLISHED ON THE 13^TH AUGUST WEEK.

Grant Allocation Lists will be announced on our website after the Final Placement Lists are published.

Probable cancellations that occur before the announcement of the Final Grant Allocation Lists will not be processed. Cancellations and backup processes will be operated after the Final Grant Allocation Lists are published.

Please click here for the list of the unsuccessful students that are not seen in both Principal and Reserve Lists.

In case the students in the principal lists give up and the reserve students are not placed in the relevant quotas, the unsuccessful students will be asked for the revealed spots provided that they have chosen those spots on their application forms.
