IZTECH International Office
IZTECH and Villanova University online workshop
The online joint meetings that have been organized with the collaboration of Izmir Institute of Technology (IZTECH) and Villanova University (SUT) covered Biomaterials; Thermofluids, Energy & Advanced Materials; Materials & Manufacturing; Structural Mat & Systems – Physical Infrastructure; Bioeng & Biomed Eng and Water Resources sessions. Online meetings were held between November 29 and December 01, 2021, with the participation of the faculty members of both institutions. The seven online sessions ended with the decisions regarding possible joint courses, publications, research and projects.
“Introducing IZTECH” Live Event 2021
As International Office of IZTECH, we have organized a webinar for international students who were entitled to be enrolled at IZTECH. The event, which was organized to inform international students about IZTECH and which started with the opening speech of Rector Prof. Dr. Yusuf Baran, ended with the answers of the IO, Student Affairs Directorate and Health, Culture and Sports Directorate representatives to the questions of students.
Study in Turkey YÖK Virtual Fair 2021
As IZTECH, we attended “Study in Turkey YÖK Virtual Fair 2021” organized by Council of Higher Education (CoHE) of Turkey. At the Virtual Fair, which took place on 27-29 July 2021, we introduced our Institute to international student candidates with audiovisual materials, webinars and answered their questions through the digital platform.
IZTECH-SUT Online Workshop
The online joint workshop that had been organized with the collaboration of Izmir Institute of Technology (IZTECH) and Sharif University of Technology (SUT) covered Nanotechnology and Biotechnology, Renewable Energy, NBICs, Design and Architecture sessions on 14-15-16th of September, 2020 with the participation of the faculty members of both institutions.
“Introducing IZTECH” Live Event 2020
As International Office of IZTECH, we have organized a live event in order to meet with our pre-registered international students who planned to become the new members of IZTECH within the academic year of 2020-2021. At the meeting, we answered their questions and introduced our institution.
Study in Turkey YÖK Virtual Fair 2020
179 Universities met on the same platform under the leadership of the Council of Higher Education (CoHE) of Turkey. As IZTECH we attended the Study in Turkey YÖK Virtual Fair 2020 that was held by CoHE between 20-22 July, 2020 with the aim of promoting Turkish universities abroad on digital platforms during the COVID-19 Pandemic.
