Rector Prof. Dr. Yusuf Baran visited Baku State University.

The meeting, where Rektor Baran came together with Rector Prof. Dr. Elçin Babayev and and during which possible projects on the axis of education and research between the two universities were discussed, resulted in the signing of an academic and scientific cooperation protocol between the institutions.
